As president of Steppin' Music, Bennett taps into his vast music and business experience to build a new type of infrastructure for the label. He has personally recruited his vice presidents of Operations, A&R, Promotions, New Media/Marketing, Publicity, and Product, who also believe in his visions to create a new record label model, which the foundation is based upon being artist and consumer friendly, while being very aggressive in its promotional, marketing, and publicity campaigns. Cal's goal is to bring jazz back to the forefront of the music industry as it once was.
